Thair Thin Zar Oo from Yangon, Myanmar has always dreamed of giving back to her community and helping those who couldn’t help themselves. To do this, she knew she needed to have a degree in the profession of choice. For many years she worked as a sales assistant at a grocery store near her home so she could finance her schooling.

Thair is now a well practiced educator who has had numerous professional courses and training from Yangon Cooperative Degree College, Cambridge University in the United Kingdom and the Myanmar Egress Capacity Building Center to name a few. Her dedicated hard work has brought her success as a freelance teacher for private school students and monastic schools.

She is prepared to expand her skills further to help with complicated but necessary educational reformation in her country. She is currently taking her master’s degree in Educational Administration in Ramkamheang University, Thailand.
