Returns of in-store purchases can be facilitated at the original place of purchase by the respective seller.
We accept online returns of unworn merchandise in sellable quality with the receipt and original tags attached, within 30 days of purchase.
- Your return should include the completed returns form. If you do not have the packing slip, provide the following information with your return: name, address, email address, phone number and order number, if available.
- Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and ensure that the barcode portion of the label is visible. Please be sure to ship the package with your preferred carrier of choice that can provide tracking. We cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.
Merchandise returned after 30 days will be issued an Akira gift card in the amount of the current selling price. Refunds and e-gift cards will be issued within seven business days of receiving your package. We will send you an email confirmation.
