If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item or the wrong order, please complete a request for returning your item through our website under your Account. You will need to log in to your account where you can select the order and create your return request to us. If you already have complete a request, you can check the status of your return here.
We accept unused merchandise with the receipt and original tags attached within 30 days of your on line purchase. In store purchases can be facilitated at the your original place of purchase.
Your return should include the completed returns form. If you do not have the packing slip, provide the following information with your return: name, address, email address, phone number and order number, if available. Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible. Please be sure to ship the package with your preferred carrier of choice that can provide tracking. We cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.
Merchandise returned after 30 days will be issued a Style Me Up Gift Card in the amount of the current selling price.
Refunds and e-gift cards will be issued within seven business days of receiving your package. We will send you an email confirmation.
