Returns Policy:

If you're not absolutely delighted with your Style Me Up purchase, please let us know.

Please contact Customer Relations team at 800-315-4408, or email us at [email protected]. We'll correct your order immediately.

We accept non-sale online returns of unworn merchandise in original conditions with the RMA form and original tags attached, within 30 days of purchase.

  • Your return MUST include a copy of the RMA provided by our Customer Relations team or the refund will not be processed.
  • Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and ensure that the barcode portion of the label is visible. Please be sure to ship the package with your preferred carrier of choice that can provide tracking.
  • We cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.

Merchandise returned after 30 days will be issued a Neon Buddha gift card in the amount of the current selling price. Refunds and e-gift cards will be issued within seven business days of receiving your package.
